In 1980, Kenwood Electronics Canada Inc. was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kenwood Corporation, based in Tokyo, Japan. Over the last 20 years, Kenwood Canada has successfully distributed Mobile and Home Multimedia systems and Commercial Land Mobile Radio products and solutions and Consumer Amateur Radio products to a network of dealers which has contributed to the growth of Kenwood Corporations worldwide operations and has assisted in the development of a strong reputation for high quality, stylish products.
